TERMS & CONDITIONS
The tyres covered under this guarantee are Falken Wildpeak AT3W only. The original Falken equipment tyres that were originally fitted to the vehicle are excluded. Excludes all other Falken products. Tyres will not be covered by this guarantee if damage is caused by, but not limited to:
(1) Acts of vandalism, theft, abuse and neglect;
(2) Use in motorsport (on-road/off-road);
(3) Use in taxis, hire cars, etc.;
(4) Lug/block tearing, stone drilling and tread chunking;
(5) Mechanical and wheel alignment issues, improper inflation pressures, incorrect usage, negligence, failure to maintain or rotate tyres; (6) Damage from tyre chains or chemical products.
If a tyre is deemed repairable, it is to be repaired (at the customer’s expense). If a tyre is unrepairable, then a free-of-charge (FOC: 100% Tyre Replacement) tyre is supplied, in lieu of the applicable damaged tyre, if the criteria is met. An FOC tyre (100% Tyre Replacement) to be supplied if:
(1) The tyre is under 25% worn;
(2) The claim is within one [1] year of the purchase date;
(3) Tyres were purchased from participating dealer;
(4) Original invoice is supplied. Service charges/fitment charges and taxes to be beared by the customer.
This guarantee is not applicable after the first 25% wear from original tread depth (OTD) and no pro rata compensation will be provided. Claims must be made at the original place of purchase. Qualification requires a minimum of two [2] new tyres to be purchased. The offer is only valid for AT3W tyres purchased in the period between 1st June 2019 and 31st May 2020. The offer is subject to change without notification and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Falken reserves the right to extend the offer. This offer excludes any service charges applied for fitting, balance and disposal of any AT3W associated with a puncture guarantee claim.

AT3W
