Why can't my tyre be repaired?
|
Whether a tyre can be repaired or not is generally governed by the repair area (shown in green).
Areas within the central sections of the crown are often repaired with next to no hassle.
However, tyres can often be beyond repairing if they have sizable holes or have suffered a puncture outside the reparable area.
See below regarding tubes & tubeless tyres
|
Can you put a tube in a tubeless tyre?
Short answer, NO. Tubeless tyres are designed to be tubeless, yet we still get instances where people request a tube to be fitted into a tubeless tyre. With a robust sidewall construction, tubeless tyres maintain sidewall stability and air pressure by sealing against the rim.
If we fit a tube into a tubeless tyre, there will be massive amounts of friction caused by the tube rubbing against the inner-liner of the tyre. When you drive along heat is then created from the friction. As your tyre continues to heat up, you run the risk of suffering a catastrophic failure.

Where is my tyre size located?
What do I need to find the battery I need?
Generally we'll require the following vehicle details to find a battery to suit your needs: Make, Model, Year of Manufacture, Series.
Alternatively, you can find the battery serial number located on the battery label.
