The guarantee is an industry-first initiative by GT Radial and covers any manufacturing defect causing loss of service fulfillment over the first full life of the tyre, up to a maximum of 5 years from date of manufacture.
The guarantee applies to Car, 4WD & LT/Van tyres. Register by clicking on the below button to access the form. Once you submit your GT Radial Guarantee Form, you will receive a reply via your email with a guarantee number. You will also receive in the mail a FREE GT Radial Tyre Tread Depth Gauge. You must keep your receipt as proof-of-purchase.
If you think there may be a manufacturing fault with a GT Radial tyre, within 5 years of date of manufacture, please call 13 62 82 or please visit Adz Tyre & Battery in Windsor or Wetherill Park, who will assess the tyre before contacting the wholesaler. If the fault is a genuine manufacturing fault within 5 years of date of manufacture, we will authorise a FREE replacement tyre.
The FREE GT Radial Replacement Tyre Guarantee does not include any service charges associated with fitting, balance and dispoasl of the old tyre. It does not cover tyre damage including, but not limited to, driving on under inflated tyres, driving at excessive speed, driving over potholes & roundabouts, overloading of vehicles, burnouts or negligent driving.
